Get to know Rana ________________

Growing up I always had a creative side that I would incorporate into my everyday life. I remember arranging my mom’s house decor, joining all sorts of art classes, but mostly being the family photographer on our vacations. I absolutely loved framing a beautiful shot of anything that caught my eye. Throughout high school and college, I would plan photoshoots for my friends and we would spend the whole day snapping and creating beautiful shots.

I pursued a degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Education from The University of Houston then taught for a year before officially launching my photography business. I know, a degree so far from Photography & Business management, right? But I couldn’t help myself, I LOVE photography, the creative person that I mentioned earlier couldn’t find its way out of my life and I had to pursue what I love.

After trying different types of photography I quickly realized that Wedding Photography was my hidden strength. Being a part of a couples wedding day is so rewarding, capturing all of their love-filled memories that they will cherish forever. I shoot primarily in natural light that complements my bright & natural editing style in an editorial structure that tells a story about your big day.
